Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or stylr cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting stylr customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide stylr with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize stylr to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, stylr will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

At Stylr, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds will not be granted for any subsequent billing cycles.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds will not be granted for any unused months beyond this period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • One Time Purchases: Refund requests for one-time purchases of premium features are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Offers: Any purchases made during promotional periods or using promotional codes are non-refundable.
  • Customization Services: Any fees paid for customization services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at [email protected] with your order details, including your name, email address, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  • Review: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to process your refund.
  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Stylr. This includes:

  • Refunds for services that have been partially rendered.
  • Refunds for subscription plans that have been used for part of the billing cycle.

Chargebacks

We strongly discourage chargebacks and urge you to contact us to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. If you initiate a chargeback without first seeking a resolution through our support team, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny any future purchases.

Fee Changes

Stylr, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

At any time and without notice, stylr reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Stylr reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically to stay informed about our policies.
